Spring Card Camp 2 Day 4

Day 4 of Spring Card Camp 2 was Make a Statement with Sentiments by Nina Trapani. I used the Thanks and Encouragement Word Mix stamp and die from Simon Says Stamp. I made 5 cards and still have little sentiments left over to make a few more!

Spring Card Camp 2 - Day 5

Day 5 of the Spring Card Camp 2 was stencil shading with Lydia Fiedler.

Spring Card Camp 2 - Day 19

Day 19 of Spring Card Camp 2 was must-try monoprinting by Dawn Woleslagle. I think this was my favorite technique of the series! While I only completed 2 cards, I made several more backgrounds to turn into cards. My favorite is the mod trees background.

Spring Card Camp 2 - Day 6

Day 6 of Spring Card Camp 2 was creative color blocking by Laurie Willison. I decided to make a few Christmas cards. I still have background left over to make more cards!

Spring Card Camp 2 - Day 3

Day 3 of Spring Card Camp 2 was dry-embossing with stencils by Cathy Zielske.

Spring Card Camp Day 14

Day 14 of the Spring Card Camp was Alphabet Cards with Laura Bassen. I've now completed 17 of the 20 days and made 49 cards! This is the most cards I've made in 4 weeks, other than at Christmas. Looking forward to Spring Card Camp 2!

Spring Card Camp Day 12

Day 12 of the Spring Card Camp was DIY Ink Pad with Jennifer McGuire. I only have a small number of re-inkers so I went with an earthy, nature-type vibe. I think this was one of my favorite techniques from the card camp.

I completed 16 of the 20 days for the Spring Card Camp 1 and made a total of 47 cards! I look forward to starting Spring Card Camp 2 today!

Day 19 of the Spring Card Camp was Second-Generation Stamping with Jennifer McGuire. My second stamping turned out much lighter than Jennifer's.

Spring Card Camp Day 17

Day 17 of the Spring Card Camp was Stretching Word Dies with Julie Ebersole. I used Zig watercolor markers on the background on the first card and distress oxide inks for the circles on the second card.
